Set-up of the contract
Contract set-up costs in the amount of € 144,- incl. VAT will be charged.

Parking spaces can be rented separately in the building’s own garage at a monthly fee of € 129 (incl. VAT). Parking spaces with electric charging station can be rented for € 149.00 (incl. VAT) per month.
