A total of just ten airy apartments are available to choose from, located in three cottage-style apartment blocks. Depending your preference for the apartment orientatin, and whether you prefer a private garden or a private terrace on the upper floor, you’re sure to find a home that’s tailor-made for your preferences.

The ten different living units are almost all spread across multiple floors, with either a two or three-story arrangement. Their sizes vary between 47 and 125 square meters.
Generous garden, balcony and terrace areas are not includes in those sizes.

Location

At Merktweg, the Dornbach – part of the Hernals district – gradually transitions into Heuberg, part of the Wienerwald district. A large vineyard lies just beyond the garden gate. The neighborhood is home to single-family homes and old villas.

Dornbach also has its own scenic corners. Old houses from the Gründerzeit, the mid-to-late 19th century boom years, and even earlier eras line the cobbled streets. This part of Vienna also enjoys green vineyards and gardens. The historic parish church was extended by the well-known architect, Clemens Holzmeister. In summer, in particular, the neighborhood’s proximity to the Neuwaldegger public outdoor pool is a giant, cool plus point.

The property is just a stone’s throw from the center of Dornbach. Locally sourced produce offers all that your heart desires. At the picture-postcard Rupertusplatz, there has been a tavern, run by the Benedictine monks of St. Peter, with a history that dates back to 1042. The beautiful destinations a little further afield offer inviting opportunities to wander and explore.
The public transportation options also make this the ideal suburban location. Tram line 43 is within easy reach and takes just 23 minutes on a direct journey from the Neuwaldegg stop to the Schottentor.
