Berggasse 35

Berggasse 35, 1090 Vienna

The Berggasse 35 project was built in a prime location in the heart of Alsergrund, where the Central Office II of the state telephone exchange was built in 1898. Today, over a century later, the building, built in Wilhelminian style architecture, has been carefully adapted in a contemporary style. A new place where you feel at home - and where the historical substance, modern materials and the clear, open room concept make for a charmingly elegant ménage à trois.

A historic jewel in a prime location

Living at Berggasse 35 is associated with a special kind of experience. Berggasse 35 in 1090 Vienna is a meeting place - a central address in one of Vienna's most beautiful districts. The historic surroundings, the personal atmosphere, the streets lined with young cafés, traditional restaurants and trendy shops invite you to stroll and linger. A cosmopolitan atmosphere goes hand in hand with tranquillity here - making the 9th district the ideal residential and cultural quarter.
