With more than two decades in Vienna's real estate scene, Mag. Peter Havlik has built a reputation as one of the industry's most innovative voices. His deep understanding of property and investment, combined with a fresh take on marketing, has made him a trusted name among clients and peers alike.

Peter Havlik studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he still serves as a Center of Excellence member and lecturer. He launched his career in management consulting, working across Austria and Germany, before returning to Vienna to lead the brokerage arm of a major Austrian property firm – a role that sharpened his expertise in residential marketing.

In 2011, he struck out on his own with a simple but powerful idea: no two homes are alike, and neither are the people looking for them. That philosophy became the foundation of Piment Real Estate & Investment. Within ten years, the company earned its place as a mainstay of the Austrian property market, recognised for its creative strategies, effective marketing, and genuinely personal approach.
