In a dreamlike location, in the midst of the Viennese vineyards, an icon of contemporary living is being created.
Consisting of four luxurious units and a luxurious retreat with infinity pool, spa, gym and lounge, The Bellevue House is a home like no other.
Natural materials such as stone, wood and glass follow organic patterns – combining contemporary elegance with distinctive accents.
The house is surrounded by a private green oasis, where a variety of plants and flowersallow architecture and nature to grow together.

Walk directly on Bellevue Street – the Vienna Skywalk – along vineyards, meadows and forests towards the sky. The path leads through a gently rolling landscape with many beautiful places to linger. After a walk of around 20 minutes, you arrive at “Am Himmel”. The Tree of Life Circle, the Oktogon café-restaurant and endless vineyards await you. A picturesque place of peace and relaxation. But historical sights such as the Sisi Chapel – the first neo-Gothic building in the city – built between 1854 and 1856 are also located here.
